Job summary

Citibank Singapore seeks a Senior Wealth Mortgage Specialist to originate and structure sophisticated mortgage solutions for affluent clients in Singapore. You will work in close partnership with Client Advisors to ensure property financing is embedded within the client’s overall wealth strategy.

This senior role emphasizes collaboration, strict compliance, and the ability to close complex transactions while deepening Citi’s relationship with its premier clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in mortgage sales, property financing, or related client-facing role in financial services in Singapore.
• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore property market including financing structures, regulatory landscape, and current market conditions.
• Strong understanding of wealth management principles to collaborate with Client Advisors without advising on non-mortgage products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with affluent clients and internal partners.
• Robust analytical abilities to structure bespoke mortgage solutions and drive outcomes.
• Proven ability to deepen client relationships and manage risk with integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Originate and structure mortgage solutions for high-net-worth clients in Singapore.
• Collaborate with Client Advisors to integrate mortgage solutions into total wealth discussions.
• Drive end-to-end mortgage sales: consultation, application, approval, and closing.
• Provide insights on how property financing impacts and is affected by the client’s broader wealth portfolio.
• Participate in joint client meetings as the dedicated mortgage expert and support portfolio growth.
