Job summary

Prudential Assurance Company Singapore invites applications for a Wealth Manager role welcoming mid-career switchers. You’ll receive a monthly allowance plus commissions as you grow your own client base; licensing exams are provided, with mentoring from experienced Wealth Managers to guide you.

This is a full-time position with fixed weekly training sessions and flexible hours outside training, based near Novena MRT, offering solid pathways into leadership as you develop a trusted advisory

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Education at A-levels, a diploma or a degree.
• Willing to work with commission-based pay.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Pass the licensing exams with our support, then start meeting clients.
• Understand clients’ goals and recommend protection, savings and investment plans.
• Build your client base with PSO’s leads system and client events.
• Learn through our in-house training, run by our leaders and top Wealth Managers.
• Work with a mentor from day one.

Wealth Manager (Mid-Career Switch Welcome) | $1,000 to $6,000

A client advisory role: commission, plus a monthly allowance while you build your client base. Already good at sales, service or earning people’s trust? Put those skills to work building your own client base. We take you through the licensing exams first, then train and mentor you as you grow.

What you'll do

• Pass the licensing exams with our support, then start meeting clients

What we’re looking for

• Sales, service or client-facing experience
• A-levels, a diploma or a degree
• Driven and coachable: you take feedback and act on it
• Comfortable with commission-based income
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
