The role offers a monthly allowance plus commission, and you will build your own client base through PSO’s leads and events while you complete licensing exams. Qualifications

• Sales, service or client-facing experience.
• A-levels, a diploma or a degree.
• Driven and coachable: accept and act on feedback.
• Comfortable with commission-based income.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Pass the licensing exams with our support, then start meeting clients
• Understand clients’ goals and recommend protection, savings and investment plans that fit
• Build your client base with PSO’s leads system and client events
• Learn through our in-house training, run by our own leaders and top Wealth Managers
• Work with a mentor from day one
