We are looking for a motivated and goal-driven Wealth Manager to join our growing team! As a Wealth Manager, you will play a key role in helping individuals and businesses protect their financial future through our diverse range of insurance products. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with clients, while offering tailored insurance solutions that best suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.

• Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and other sales strategies.

• Provide expert advice on insurance products such as life, health, auto, and home insurance.

• Prepare and deliver insurance presentations to clients, explaining policies and benefits.

• Assist clients in filing claims, explaining policy terms, and helping them understand their coverage.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both personal and company growth.

• Stay updated on industry trends, policy changes, and market conditions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.

• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.

• Knowledge of various insurance products and market trends.
