️ Task Management: Organise daily priorities and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently to meet deadlines.

Recruitment: Identify and engage individuals who align with the team’s values and vision.

Retention: Support and guide team members in their professional growth to ensure long-term development and satisfaction.

️ Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively to build trust, maintain strong client relationships, and foster a positive team environment.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Local Diploma/A-Level Equivalent & Above

️ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Canva, and Google Office
