As an Executive Assistant in the Wealth Management (Singapore China) team, you will support client advisors and stakeholders with confidentiality and proactive engagement. You will coordinate travel, manage expenses, and oversee staff onboarding, ensuring smooth operations. This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact within the firm and the wider community.

Job responsibilities

  • Support client advisors and stakeholders confidentially and proactively
  • Coordinate business travel and event logistics
  • Manage expenses, seasonal gifts, invoices, candidate interviews and claims
  • Book meeting rooms, order supplies, handle mail, and phone inquiries
  • Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide additional support as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of a Secretarial/administrative professional certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Written and verbal business fluency in Mandarin is a plus as the job holder will interact with stakeholders from the Singapore China team
