Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned KYC/AML compliance professional to lead SoW verifications and regulatory alignment in wealth management. You will assess complex client structures, advise Front Office teams, and support risk-based decisions with a focus on safeguarding client wealth narratives.

In this role you will manage STR processes, present findings to local risk committees, and ensure adherence to MAS and related international standards across multi-jurisdictional contexts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in KYC, AML/CFT compliance, or CDD within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Family Office environments.
• SoW expertise: analyze, challenge, and reconstruct complex corporate structures and multi-jurisdictional holdings.
• Regulatory knowledge of MAS and exposure to HKMA, FATF standards.
• Technical skills with financial/tax document verification, transaction monitoring, sanction/PEP screening tools, and STR reporting.
• Stakeholder management: communicate risk clearly to senior management.
• Analytical mindset with attention to red flags and wealth-origin tracing.

Aufgaben

• SoW/SoF verification: End-to-end evaluation of wealth trajectories and corroboration of evidence.
• Compliance advisory to Relationship Managers on SoW narratives and documentation.
• Governance & Committee defense: present high-risk profiles to Risk Committees for onboarding or unblocking decisions.
• Monitoring & STR handling: monitor high-risk profiles and file STRs when needed.
• Regulatory & policy alignment: gap analyses on MAS, HKMA, and FATF standards.
• Controls & audit support: support onboarding tracking and audit reviews on file quality.
• Front Office training: deliver training on SoW standards and red flags.
