Lighthouse Canton Pte Ltd is seeking a Client Advisor support professional to help Client Advisors manage high net worth client relationships and deliver superior wealth management services. The role focuses on understanding client needs, delivering customized investment solutions, and ensuring precise execution of client instructions.

You will work closely with Investment and ARM teams, maintaining strong client service standards, compliance, and seamless cross-department collaboration to

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
CFP/CFA certification or Master’s degree preferred.
CACS certified (Module 1 & 2) preferred.
1 to 3 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.

Aufgaben

Support Client Advisors and ARM Team Lead in developing, managing, and retaining existing HNW & UHNW client relationships.
Provide customized investment solutions and financial planning portfolios for HNW & UHNW clients.
Respond promptly to client queries and instructions; monitor transactions and client accounts for timely resolutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client resolution experience.
Uphold the firm’s values and reputation in external forums.
Ensure activities comply with regulatory frameworks and internal policies.
Coordinate with partners to understand services integration with Lighthouse Canton’s practices.
