Job description

As a Wealth Management Associate, you will work alongside senior Relationship Managers in a client-facing support capacity, gaining hands-on experience in investment execution, portfolio administration, and day-to-day relationship management.

Client Servicing and Administration

  • Support RMs and Team Heads with client onboarding, documentation, data entry, and post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Prepare meeting materials, portfolio reports, investment proposals, and review packs.
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and support administrative workflows.
  • Coordinate calendars, travel schedules, and meeting logistics.
  • Provide coverage during RM absences to ensure uninterrupted client support.

Business Management

  • Liaise with compliance, legal, and operations for account onboarding and KYC processes.
  • Track pipeline activity, prepare reports, and support internal communications.
  • Assist in client events, pitchbooks, and business development efforts.
  • Maintain high standards in administrative efficiency and documentation accuracy.

Investment Support and Development

  • Learn core advisory principles and portfolio construction techniques.
  • Assist in preparing market updates, asset allocation ideas, and product recommendations.
  • Participate in internal investment forums and contribute to discussions.

Risk and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to MAS regulations and KGI internal risk and compliance standards.
  • Escalate concerns or deficiencies in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Monitor account documentation, payment instructions, and client activity logs.
  • Maintain ethical, compliant behaviour in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications (e.g. CMFAS Modules).
  • 2–4 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or client-facing financial services.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional regional language(s) an advantage.
