Job summary

Argyll Scott Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements for Wealth sales processes, data and AI initiatives. You will analyze processes, highlight improvements, and assist with testing while coordinating with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Technology teams across multiple geographies.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, organizational, and data governance skills, with knowledge of Wealth Management and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data management, governance, and quality assurance practices.
• Proactive, positive attitude, with willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Knowledge of Wealth Management and related business flows and project delivery experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work with business and technology teams to gather and understand requirements for Wealth sales process, data and AI projects.
• Analyse processes and data, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements.
• Assist with testing new solutions and resolving issues during development or rollout.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to sales process, data and AI analytics.
• Work directly with stakeholders across geographies to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage transitions from analysis to design and delivery.
• Ensure risks and issues are identified and managed closely and remove project delivery blockers.
• Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards.
• Contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects.
