A technology support firm in Singapore seeks an individual for executive support, focusing on Windows 10/11 and MacOS. Ideal candidates will have experience in Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting, and managing AV events. This role emphasizes strong communication skills and a Bachelor's degree is required.
Mon to Fri 7.30 am - 4:30 pm / 8.00 to 5.00 pm / 24/7 standby support
70-80 onsite end users and other global regions
What you need:
Experience handling Executive/C-Level Support
Experience with supporting Windows 10/11 and MacOS
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Administration
Experience with scripting (PowerShell)
Experience with running AV event / conference room support
Exposure to Citrix Cloud/XenDesktop/XenApp
Exposure to Microsoft Azure Administration (endpoint/exchange/VDI)
Exposure to ticket queue management (ServiceNow)
Exposure to Intune and JAMF Device Management
Collaborate effectively with the infrastructure engineering teams and the business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong ownership experience with a track record of delivering results
Bachelor’s degree
