Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer (Water Treatment) to support the design and execution of water and wastewater projects. The role involves developing process calculations, PFDs and P&IDs, and ensuring technical deliverables meet project timelines.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years in wastewater treatment. You will participate in HAZOP studies, integrate equipment, attend client meetings, and assist in plant

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in wastewater treatment technologies.
Experience with PFD/HAZOP desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop process calculations for unit processes, piping losses and pump head
Develop PFD, P&ID and mass balance, and manage their detailed design
Ensure timely submission of process deliverables, including PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing and HAZOP study reports
Take part in HAZOP studies for the overall plant and its systems / sub-systems
Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
Review and streamline processes, including sequence of operation, unit improvement and process troubleshooting
Attend technical meetings with clients, vendors, subcontractors and the internal project team
Support software FAT and plant-wide commissioning
