Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Process Engineer for wastewater treatment projects at Boon Lay, Singapore.

You will develop process calculations, piping loss assessments, and pump head calculations, while drafting PFDs and P&IDs and performing mass balance analyses. You will manage detailed PID and mass balance design, ensure timely deliverables, and participate in HAZOP studies for the overall plant. Collaboration with clients, vendors, and the project team is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in wastewater treatment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop process calculation for unit process, piping loss and pump head calculations.
• Develop P&ID, PFD and mass balance.
• Manage detailed design of PID and mass balance.
• Ensure timely submission of process deliverables, including PFD, P&ID, hydraulic profile, equipment sizing, HAZOP study report etc.
• Involve in HAZOP study for the overall plant and its system/sub-system.
• Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications.
• Analyze and review current processes and streamline the process for improvement, enhancement and productivity calculation, sequence of operation, unit improvement and process troubleshooting.
• Attend technical meetings with Client, Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Internal Project Team.
• Support Software FAT, and commissioning plantwide.
