is seeking a highly skilled Technical Director, Water in Singapore to lead and oversee all technical aspects of water projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation in water resource management. You will manage engineers and professionals, develop strategic plans for water treatment and distribution systems, and supervise large-scale projects to meet time and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related
• PE license and PMP certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in water engineering and large-scale projects

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals in planning, design, and implementation of water infrastructure projects
• Develop and execute strategic plans for water resource management, treatment, and distribution systems
• Oversee technical aspects of large-scale water projects, including hydraulic modeling and environmental impact assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals on time and within budget
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex water engineering challenges
• Develop and implement water policies and strategies aligned with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals
• Represent the organization in technical forums and meetings with stakeholders
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation
• Ensure compliance with local and international water regulations and standards
• Manage project budgets and financial planning for water initiatives
