A luxury watches brand is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead and manage the daily operations of its watch repair workshop. The role involves overseeing workflow distribution, managing watchmaker capacity, ensuring repair quality and deadlines, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in a luxury service environment. This position also includes administrative responsibilities, recruitment, and active participation in training programs.
