Job Description

· Delivered personalized luxury shopping experiences, building lasting client relationships through exceptional service and product expertise.

· Achieved and exceeded sales targets by actively driving revenue, managing clienteling, and maximizing CRM tools.

· Expertly presented and merchandised luxury watches

· Managed client appointments, watch consultations, and after-sales services (alterations, gifting, personalization).

· Processed transactions accurately, handled inventory (receiving, stock counts), and upheld loss prevention standards.

· Represented the brand with polished professionalism, anticipating client needs and resolving requests proactively.
