Our client, a luxury brand in the watch industry is looking for a watch technician to join them!

Location: Orchard

Salary: Up to $4000 (depending on experience)

Package: AWS and VB Payable

Working Days : Mon - Fri

Job Socpe

• Perform in-depth diagnostics and repairs on luxury timepieces, ensuring mechanical, electronic, and aesthetic precision.

• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates, identifying required components and associated costs.

• Execute precision tasks such as battery replacements, water resistance checks, and strap/bracelet adjustments.

• Set and calibrate calendar and complication functions in high-end watches.

• Provide technical support to service advisors, assisting with complex client inquiries.

• Lead change initiatives, motivate team members, and oversee special projects as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety guidelines, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in luxury or high-end watch repair and diagnostics.

• Strong understanding of mechanical, quartz, and electronic watch movements.

• Ability to perform precision tasks such as battery replacement, water resistance maintenance, and strap/bracelet adjustments.
