Job summary

ALBA W&H SMART CITY PTE. LTD. seeks energetic individuals to support daily waste collection operations across premises in Singapore.

Responsibilities include collecting general waste and recyclables, ensuring timely service and compliance with disposal protocols. You will assist drivers, operate basic truck equipment, and keep vehicles clean while reporting issues promptly. We require basic English, willingness to work a 6-day week with rotating rest days, and the ability to handle physically

Qualifications

Basic English communication required.
Willingness to work a 6-day week with rotating rest days.
Physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy bins and walking long distances.
Open to working in Waste Management with exposure to odors and dirty environments.
Adherence to policies, environmental regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Carry out daily collection of general waste and recyclables from premises as assigned, ensuring timely service.
Maintain awareness of disposal protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
Safely operate basic mechanical equipment on collection trucks; assist drivers with navigation.
Keep collection vehicles and equipment clean; report mechanical issues or safety hazards promptly.
Follow safety guidelines including PPE use, lifting techniques, and traffic safety during rounds.
