Job summary

Singapore Public Service, within the Violation Management Division, is seeking an Executive in Warrant Enforcement to support the Manager in daily operations of the Warrant Enforcement Section.

You will handle administrative duties, prepare operations, manage phone and email inquiries from the public regarding warrants of arrest, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. On-the-job training for internal systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline, preferably in enforcement.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage and handle members of public face to face and via phone calls.
• On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager, Violation Management in daily operations of the Warrant Enforcement Section.
• Handle WA-related administrative duties, counter operations and preparations of ops.
• Handle phone/email enquiries from the public regarding WA.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on WA-related matters.
