Overview
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures that productivity targets are met, inventory is accurate, and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching materials.
- Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels through proper documentation and system updates.
- Plan and schedule material deliveries to project sites according to project timelines and priorities.
- Liaise with suppliers, procurement, and internal team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and organized operations.
- Optimize storage layouts, material handling, and logistics efficiency.
- Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies or losses.
- Prepare logistics reports, cost analyses, and recommendations for process improvements.
- Support the procurement and operations teams in planning material requirements.
Work Experience Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and VBA
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain operations (entry level may also be considered with strong academic background)or/and Minimally Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Experience in creating and using operational dashboards, such as Power BI and Tableau
- Strong presentation skills with experience engaging senior management
- In-depth knowledge of OS and Networking
- Detailed knowledge of software development cycle management
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, Business-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
