Warehouse / Transport Operations Executive (Inventory, Scheduling of Driver)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of delivery drivers for the day-to-day operations. Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly schedule, attendance, leave applicate and duty roster.
• Work with the delivery team to ensure orders are delivered on time. Ensure the outbound team has the necessary supplies and equipment to perform their tasks and duties.
• Resolve day to day operational issues with the delivery drivers. Oversee the daily operations to ensure smooth functioning in the process.
• Oversee the scheduling of regular maintenance on all vehicles.
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure inventory accuracy, inventory movement traceability.
• Ensure storage areas are well stocked on time. Perform cycle count to ensure inventory is accurate. Receive, QC check and put away incoming shipments in a timely manner.
• Responsible for Supply and Inbound Operations. Process permit clearance of shipments. Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers with the supply team and freight forwarders, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery. Accountable for receiving shipments accuracy and reporting on any discrepancies.
• Assist in projects to support business plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a relevant discipline
• 2-3 years’ experience in functions such as warehouse operations and supply chain management. Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership position in a relevant function, preferably in the food manufacturing, food services or food retail industry.
• A go-getter and ready to make an impact. Able to demonstrate previous successes in operations scenarios.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn new skills and able to adapt quickly.
• Self-driven with good initiative and learning abilities.
• Possess resourcefulness to seek out creative ideas and methods to achieve targets.
