Join ResMed’s mission to improve lives through world-class logistics and operational excellence!

Are you an experienced warehouse leader passionate about streamlining operations, enhancing 3PL performance, and delivering outstanding results? ResMed is looking for a Warehouse Transformation Manager to lead and evolve our warehouse operations — both in-house and with third-party logistics (3PL) providers — to support our global supply chain goals.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving efficiency, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering high standards in quality, safety, and performance. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth material flow across production and distribution.

Let’s Talk About the Role

  • Lead all aspects of warehouse operations — including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, shipping, and inventory control — across internal and 3PL-managed sites.

  • Manage 3PL partnerships to ensure contract compliance, meet SLAs, and drive cost-effective, high-performing operations.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, safety, and on-time delivery.

  • Build flexible resource planning models to support changing demands from manufacturing and fulfillment.

  • Implement process improvements to boost space utilization, labor productivity, and inventory accuracy.

  • Introduce best practices including Lean methodologies, automation solutions, and WMS enhancements.

  • Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.

  • Oversee audits, stocktakes, and cycle counts to maintain inventory integrity.

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing internal warehouse team, fostering a culture of excellence.

  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Fulfillment teams to meet business and customer needs.

  • Contribute to broader strategic projects, such as warehouse expansions, systems upgrades, and supply chain optimization.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

  • Proven track record in warehouse leadership with hands-on experience managing teams and 3PLs.

  • Deep understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and supply chain best practices.

  • Strong results in improving KPIs such as inventory accuracy, productivity, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full).

  • Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, HighJump).

Preferred:

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) or similar process improvement experience.

  • Experience with warehouse automation or digital transformation.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
