Lagardere Travel Retail Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented operations role focused on inventory management. The ideal candidate will manage data entries, reconcile stock discrepancies, and support various warehouse initiatives, contributing to a clean and effective work environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify, enter, and post all goods receiving, returns, and transfer data into Navision promptly.
• Compile and reconcile exception paperwork for Overages, Shortages, or Damaged goods from receiving team members’ worksheets within Navision.
• Prepare and compile paperwork for Accounts Payable disbursements to the Asia Support Office weekly.
• Conduct regular random checks of actual Stock on Hand (SOH) versus Navision SOH.
• Assist with the preparation and participate in regular cycle counting.
• Generate reports, verify transaction entries, and investigate discrepancies for periodic reports.
• Support the Merchandise & Marketing team with new SKU entries.
• Handle incoming calls and perform basic clerical duties with a Go Beyond attitude.
• Fully understand and adhere to the LS Asia Employee Handbook, Procedures, and Policies.
• Understand the LS Asia OH&S Policy and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Report loss prevention issues, such as internal theft, to the Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager, and complete incident reports.
• Perform any other duties as required or directed.
• Support warehouse initiatives such as stock takes, store changes, etc.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned.
