Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to manage daily operations in the East Singapore facility. You will lead warehouse associates, drive productivity, and maintain strict safety standards during shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics, strong communication, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel). After a training period, expect rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production teams and act as backup for supervisors.

Salary: $3,400 - $4,000 / month

Working Hours

Training Period

• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

After Training - Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Operations: Lead and support warehouse associates to meet and exceed daily operational and productivity targets.

• Shift & Safety Management: Monitor day-to-day warehouse activities, maintain 5S housekeeping standards, and uphold strict workplace safety protocols.

• Daily Briefings & Reporting: Conduct daily team huddles, track key metrics, and prepare operational updates for management.

• Coaching & Mentorship: Guide, train, and develop team members on proper warehousing procedures and standard operating practices.

• Process Improvement: Support new model introductions, cross-functional operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production teams and step up as backup support for supervisors when required.

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of team lead or supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.

• Skills: Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

• Technical Skills: Proficient basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, for record-keeping and reporting.

• Working Schedule: Willingness and flexibility to work shift schedules as required.

• Communication: Working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to liaise with internal teams and handle operational reporting.
