Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage daily operations, including inventory management and customer support. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of relevant experience and preferably forklift operation skills. This position offers a salary range of $1500 - $3000 based on experience, working Monday to Friday with possible Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experienced in operating forklift truck will be an advantage.

Job description

• 5.5 Working Days
• Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) @Tuas
• Saturday (8am – 12pm) @Changi Nearby
• Salary: $1500 - $3000 (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies).
• Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
• Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
• Handle returned goods and update relevant departments.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Support stock-taking and general warehouse tasks.
• Work with suppliers and forwarders to arrange shipments.
• Prepare shipping/freight-forwarding documentation.
• Provide good customer service and support.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced in operating forklift truck will be an advantage
