Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and manage a team. The role involves maintaining efficient warehouse processes, managing inventory, and facilitating order fulfillment with a focus on training and performance enhancement. Candidates should have significant experience in retail/FMCG warehouse operations and familiarity with relevant inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations in retail/FMCG.
• Experience in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing.
• Familiar with inventory systems (e.g., WMS, SAP).

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate execution of daily warehouse tasks.
• Maintain proper and accurate goods placement.
• Support order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and timely delivery with minimal errors.
• Lead and guide a team of ~10 staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate with retail operations and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations within retail/FMCG.
• Worked in at least two in-house brand companies
• Worked in at least two in-house brand companies.
• Familiar with inventory systems (e.g., WMS, SAP).
• Experience in omni-channel or e-commerce warehousing.
