Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing construction materials inventory, coordinating logistics, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe and efficient workflow to support our ongoing EPC power plant project.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control processes within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations of construction material handling.
• Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
• Ensure proper and accurate placement, storage, and tracking of all construction and project-related materials.
• Support material issuance and receipt processes, including picking, packing, and coordinating timely delivery of materials to construction sites with minimal errors.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the warehouse team (about 10 pax), including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Work closely with procurement, construction, site logistics, and other cross-functional teams to resolve daily operational and material flow issues.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and material traceability.
• Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with EPC project requirements and safety standards.
Job Requirements:
• Qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Possess at least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a construction, engineering, or EPC project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and fostering a positive and safety-conscious work environment.
