Job description

• Support Warehouse Manager in overseeing the warehouse team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including shipment receiving, inventory management, discrepancy reconciliation & report preparation

• Ensure all operations are in compliance with established warehouse procedures, safety regulations & 5S standards

• Maintain proper safety protocols, uphold housekeeping standards & ensure overall warehouse cleanliness

• Conduct monthly stock takes to verify and maintain inventory accuracy

• Assist in the implementation of operational improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• O Level and above

• 2-4 years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory/leadership skills

• Familiar with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Possess good leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
