Qualifications

  • 5 – 7 years of warehouse operation experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Knowledge of international customs regulations and compliance procedures is an advantage.

• Salary Range: $4500 - $5000 + OT + AWS

• Performance Bonus and Attendance Bonus provided

• Working days & hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)

Job Scope

  • Supervise the entire process of unloading, inspection, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure all goods align accurately with system records.
  • Allocate team resources effectively based on order priorities to meet accuracy and timeliness standards.
  • Manage cross-border logistics processes in accordance with international shipping policies, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of international orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels in real-time, leading monthly and quarterly stocktakes, and promptly addressing discrepancies.
  • Prepare and interpret key reports (e.g., inventory turnover, fast/slow-moving items analysis) to propose and implement optimization strategies.
  • Develop and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate ERP/WMS-related requirements, driving system and automation tool upgrades.
  • Lead the team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and coaching.
  • Implement and uphold 6S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety), conducting regular audits and rectifications to maintain a safe, clean, and temperature-controlled working environment.

Requirement

  • Experience in international customs regulations and compliance procedures is an advantage
