Job Info:

• Working hours: 7am - 7pm (day shift), 7pm - 7am (night shift)

• Working pattern: 4334

• Salary: Basic up to $5000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Office Located in Tampines Industrial

• Manufacturing Sector
  
  Job Scope:.

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse assistants and administrators to ensure efficient store operations

• Supervise receiving, kitting, and shipment activities in line with the production plan from the planning department

• Ensure accurate alignment between system records and physical stock levels

• Oversee store layout, safety compliance, and 5S implementation with the team

• Coordinate store equipment maintenance with the facility department

• Work closely with the Quality department to ensure proper IQA inspection and accurate material receipt

• Monitor work orders, ensure timely kitting to support production, and promptly notify planners of any shortages

• Maintain and verify drip stock levels, and inform buyers of discrepancies or low stock

• Supervise and ensure accuracy of transactions in WMS and SAP systems

• Ensure timely and accurate kitting of work orders for production

• Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL

• Able to multi-task andwork under pressure

• Able to briefing/ meeting with Team members with 30 pax

• A team player
