Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader. The successful candidate will manage a team of Warehouse Assistants and Admins, ensure efficient logistics, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Candidates need a Nitec qualification and 3-4 years of experience in the Manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in the Contract Manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Warehouse Assistants & Admins.
• Ensure efficiency in receiving, kitting, and shipment according to the production plan.
• Coordinate with internal departments on IQA inspection.

Job Description:

• Manage a team of Warehouse Assistants & Admins

• Ensure efficiency in receiving, kitting and shipment accordingly to the production plan. Highlight to the planners on the shortages if any discrepancy found

• Coordinate with internal department on the IQA inspection & ensure materials are received correctly

• Ensure all activities are compliance with Responsible Business Alliance (RBA)

• Ensure the safety, 5s & the efficient store arrangement with the team. Coordinate on the store equipment maintenance with facility department.

• Maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter check to inform buyers if there is any discrepancy/shortage

• Ensure the SAP system, physical stocks & transactions are well maintained, and ensure proper documentation on all deliveries

Job Requirements:

• Nitec holder and above

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing industry

• Experience in Contract Manufacturing industry will have added advantageous

• Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL
