Job Role: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure all customer deliveries are fulfilled
2. Plan and assign routes for daily deliveries
3. Ensure truckers are aware of specific customer requirements
4. Prioritize urgent requests and ensure timely deliveries
5. Monitor truckers’ movements via GPS to meet customer requests
6. Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies promptly
7. Ensure all delivery documentation is signed and acknowledged by customers
8. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports for truckers
9. Monitor and control truckers’ overtime weekly
10. Provide information for CS to create Run Sheet templates for all truckers
