Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: $3,400 – $4,500
Location: MacPherson Area
Working Days: 5.5-day work week
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays (Half-day on Saturday)
Additional Requirements: May be required to work night shifts, weekends, or public holidays depending on operational needs

Job Scope & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a high-demand physical operations role. This role requires strong physical stamina, the ability to perform under pressure, and full commitment to hands-on responsibilities in a non-office setting.

Key Duties:

• Oversee daily loading and unloading of goods, including direct involvement in container operations
• Manually handle heavy goods on a regular basis
• Coordinate warehouse activities, including goods receiving, stock movement, and dispatch
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, including regular general upkeep
• Work closely with drivers, logistics partners, and internal teams to meet delivery timelines
• Perform inventory checks and record keeping
• Ensure compliance with company policies and WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) standards
• Flexibility to work night shifts or weekends if required due to shipment schedules or urgent operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in non-air-conditioned and fast-paced environments
• Able to work independently and lead by example
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
• Able to commit to irregular hours or extended work hours during peak seasons or tight delivery schedules
• Must demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and adaptability
