A leading company is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and optimize store management in Singapore. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with departments, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates need NITEC/A/O level education and relevant experience in the manufacturing sector to apply.
Location: East
Working Hours: 4334 12 hours (7am-7pm; 7pm-7am, can choose)
Salary: $3500 - $5000
Responsibilities:
· To lead a team of warehouse assistant and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently
· To supervise the receiving, kitting and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently
· To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained
· To ensure the safety, 5s and the efficient of the store arrangement together with the team
· To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department
· To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly
· To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to planner on the shortages if any discrepancy found
· To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter check to inform buyers if there are discrepancy or shortages
· To supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained
· To ensure all deliveries are properly documented
· Compliance with RBA
