Job description

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day : 4 days work, 3 days off. 3 days work, 4 days off (have to work on either Saturday or Sunday)

Work Time : Morning Shift - 7am to 7pm, Night Shift - 7pm to 7am

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of warehouse assistance and warehouse admin to ensure the management of the store efficiently

  • To supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment accordingly to the production plan by the planning department efficiently

  • To lead the team to ensure the system and physical stocks are well maintained

  • To ensure the safety, 5s, and efficiency of the store arrangement together with the team

  • To ensure coordination of the store equipment maintenance with the facility department

  • To closely coordinate with the Quality department on the IQA inspection and ensure materials are received correctly

  • To monitor work orders and ensure the team kits out efficiently to support production, and highlight to planners the shortages if any discrepancy found

  • To maintain the drip stock list safety level and counter-check to inform buyers if there are discrepancies or shortages

  • To supervise and ensure SAP system and transactions are well maintained

  • Ensure all deliveries are properly documented

Requirements:

  • NITEC / A / O level with min 3 years of relevant in-house working experience in the manufacturing sector

  • Strong knowledge of 3PL and 4PL

  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure

  • A team player

  • Proficient in MS Office applications
