Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a dedicated individual for warehouse operations in Jurong. Responsibilities include monitoring cargo shipments, supervising unloading/loading, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and preferably possess a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Good working attitude and willing to learn.
• Experience in 3rd party logistics environment preferred.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and co-ordinate releasing and receiving of shipments with hauliers, transporters
• Input data to Warehouse Management Systems and Tally cargoes movements
• Supervise sorting of cargoes received / picking for shipments etc
• Supervise loading / unloading of cargoes from trucks and containers
• Cargoes tally and reporting, perform monthly stock take
• Prepare reports and co-ordinate all operational issues
• Strong and fit to handle cargoes independently
• Reports to warehouse manager for all duties

Requirement

• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Possess Forklift license an advantage
• Work well with superiors and execute instructions
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• Experience working in 3rd party logistics environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start immediately or within short notice preferred

Working Location: Jurong / 5.5 Days Week
Salary commensurate with relevant working experience
