Its subsidiary SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd offers warehouse and transportation services in Singapore.

Role Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The responsibilities will consists of:

• Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.)
• Inform customers of any cargo damaged / unstuffing / stuffing photos upon operation completion
• Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers
• Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound and its space management
• Plan and distribute manpower/ resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule
• Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings
• Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery and collection drivers
• Chair & follow up on monthly meeting with customers
• Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing
• Lead team to rectify weekly safety findings

Requirements

• NITEC in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline
• Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment
• Experience to supervise 6 – 8 staff
• Possess a forklift licence is an advantage

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.45pm; alternate Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm
