Qualifications

• NITEC in supply chain/logistics or relevant discipline is required.
• Experience supervising 6-8 staff.
• Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations in the warehouse including unstuffing and stuffing.
• Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound and space management.
• Plan and distribute manpower/resources to meet operational schedules.

Job description

Warehouse Supervisor

Duties:

1. Supervise operations in the warehouse (unstuffing /stuffing, delivery/receiving, cutting etc.)

2. Inform customers of any cargo damaged / unstuffing / stuffing photos upon operation completion

3. Handle any ad-hoc arrangements such as cutting/fumigation and other services required by customers

4. Monitor warehouse inbound/outbound and its space management

5. Plan and distribute manpower/ resources / equipment to complete daily operational schedule

6. Perform EHS site checklist and conduct daily toolbox meetings

7. Prepare and issue gate in / out document for delivery and collection drivers

8. Chair & follow up on monthly meeting with customers

9. Liaise with vendors for job execution and invoicing

10. Lead team to rectify weekly safety findings

Requirements:

1. NITEC in supply chain / logistics or relevant discipline

2. Exposure to loose cargo & bulky cargo operations

3. Able to work in an outdoor warehouse environment

4. Experience to supervise 6 – 8 staff

5. Possess a forklift licence is an advantage

1. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm; alternate Saturdays: 8.30am - 12.30pm)
