Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse/Storekeeper to manage receiving, storing and organizing goods, and to prepare orders for delivery. You will handle stock labeling, perform regular stock checks, update inventory records, and ensure safety in a physically demanding role involving lifting 5–15 kg.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems are required. The position offers a 5.5-day work week with AWS, performance and variable bonuses, as well as comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels.
• Experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, logistics or stock management.
• Experience in picking, packing and stock handling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse and storekeeping duties, including receiving, storing and organising goods.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for delivery or distribution.
• Arrange and label stock and inventory for easy identification and retrieval.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
• Update stock movements, inventory records and transaction details in the system.
• Check goods for quantity, condition and accuracy upon receipt.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organisation of the warehouse/storage area.
• Follow workplace safety procedures when handling and moving goods.
• Handle and lift items weighing approximately 5–15kg.
