Job Overview:

This incumbent is responsible for receiving and checking the components and accessories delivered by suppliers and ensuring they are stored in the designated area. He/she is to also perform regular housekeeping to ensure the warehouse's cleanliness is in top condition.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory control activities
• Conduct month-end stock-taking to ensure inventory accuracy
• Accurately account for material wastage and write-offs
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure secure record-keeping
• Verify goods are prepared in accordance with Issuance Documents (MRF/Picking List)
• Receive incoming goods, perform quantity checks, and conduct inbound inspections
• Pack, label, and organize stock appropriately for storage or distribution
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum a ‘O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Possess Forklift and Reach Truck License.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Initiative, positive attitude, and good team player.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage, as it facilitates interaction with Chinese-speaking personnel.
