Job description

Responsibilities

• Uphold a 100% commitment to workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Follow work order instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Pull and prepare materials for pre-production processing.
• Perform visual in-process inspections of materials and finished goods.
• Provide input and recommendations for product or process improvements.
• Assist with stock takes and physical inventory counts.
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for warehouse staff.
• Monitor staff training, ensure compliance, and provide feedback where needed.
• Track and report team productivity and performance metrics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Skills and Abilities

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess at least an Nitec or Higher Nitec certification from local Institute of Technical Education (ITE).
• Physically fit and able to lift to 23kg (50lbs), bend, pull, and push materials regularly.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS is an advantage.
