We are currently seeking a Warehouse & Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Warehouse & Testing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the full spectrum of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, quality inspections, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards for efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires diligence in safeguarding against poor quality, verifying that parts meet manufacturer standards for form, fit, and function, and ensuring all quality assurance processes are meticulously documented and followed.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound and Outbound Operations

  • Ensure all incoming goods are received in compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Oversee the preparation and handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, including the management of shipping documentation.

  • Manage the return of materials and ensure processes are conducted efficiently and accurately.

Quality Inspection and Testing

  • Conduct inspections and testing of electronic components to identify and address non-conforming or counterfeit parts.

  • Safeguard against poor quality and ensure all parts meet manufacturer standards for form, fit, and function.

Inventory Management

  • Perform weekly inventory counts for items assigned by management to maintain inventory accuracy.

Logistics and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to address and resolve logistics and operational matters.

Housekeeping and Compliance

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse through regular housekeeping tasks.

  • Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with any additional duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT(S)

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

  • Familiarity with logistics documentation such as routing, delivery notes, and Bills of Lading related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including email communication, with experience in ERP systems being an advantage.

  • Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 20kg) and stand long hours, where needed.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure.
