A logistics and e-commerce company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to handle order processing, maintain showroom conditions, and manage stock inventory. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/NITEC and be proficient in English. Candidates with knowledge of e-commerce platforms are preferred. Immediate starters are welcome.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing
· Picking and Packing orders.
· Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other necessary documentation for orders.
· Monitor Order/Delivery Status
. Prepare Retailers orders
2. Managing Warehouse/Showroom Condition
· Maintain Warehouse/Showroom condition
. Attend to customers in Showroom
. Attend to after sales servicing issue in Showroom
. Assist in Shopee Express Drop off.
3. Stock Inventory Management:
· Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory movement.
· Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure stocks accuracy with system
· Monitor stock replenishment
4. Area Cleaning
· Maintain Warehouse/Showroom/Office condition
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level/NITEC
· Understanding Singapore online e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee and Amazon) will be an advantage but not a must.
· Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
· Computer literacy (MS Office/Excel in particular)
· Able to work independently and flexibility
· Can start immediately
