The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma and at least 5 years of warehouse experience, demonstrating strong supervisory skills and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities
  • Supervise receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch activities, ensuring proper wine handling and storage conditions.
  • Ensure duty-paid and duty-unpaid stocks are stored separately in accordance with Customs regulations.
  • Monitor import permits, manage local deliveries (B2B and private clients), and resolve order delays or discrepancies.
  • Assist with WMS/ERP upgrades, warehouse relocations, and client portfolio transitions, ensuring smooth operational changes.
  • Enforce adherence to Type 3 Licensed Warehouse conditions under Singapore Customs.
  • Conduct cycle counts, stock takes, and investigate discrepancies to ensure alignment with WMS records.
  • Supervise staff, provide training on SOPs and safety, and act as second-in-command to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Collaborate with Transport, Operations, Client Services, and respond to client-specific requests.
  • Enforce workplace safety, monitor equipment usage, and conduct regular safety checks and drills.
  • Create and update SOPs during changes or migrations, ensuring team readiness and compliance.
  • Support cost-saving efforts, reporting, and client-specific or management-assigned initiatives.
