Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse tasks at our Ang Mo Kio site. You will handle receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control while maintaining safety and accuracy in all processes.

The role also covers production support, operating rail-cutting, grinding, and assembly machines, performing inspections, and preparing goods for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse activities including receiving, sorting, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Verify incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy and product quality.
• Prepare and pack orders according to Delivery Orders (DO) and customer requirements.
• Handle loading, unloading, palletizing, and material movement safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
• Operate and monitor rail-cutting, grinding, and assembly machines according to production requirements.
• Perform product assembly, labeling, packing, and preparation for delivery.
• Conduct quality inspections and remove defective products.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly.
• Record production data accurately, including material usage and output.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and comply with workplace safety standards.
