Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support inventory control and distribution activities across day and night shifts. You will perform material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy, while maintaining 5S standards and safe practices.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with basic computer skills, operate hand scanners and RF/PDA devices, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related working experience.
• Ability to work within a quality system environment.
• Able to operate hand scanners.
• Able to use RF scanners / PDA.

Responsibilities

• Material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory discrepancy reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform all necessary tasks to support warehouse operations
• Properly maintain and take care of company-provided equipment
• Maintain 5S standards within the work area to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by management

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory discrepancy reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy
• Perform all necessary tasks to support warehouse operations
• Properly maintain and take care of company-provided equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area to ensure cleanliness and organization
• Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the management team

About you

• 1-2 years of related working experience

• Ability to work within a quality system environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills required
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety practices within a warehouse environment
• Able to operate hand scanners
• Able to use RF scanners / Personal Digital Assistants (PDA)
• English as working language is a must
