1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive, inspect & store incoming goods properly.
• Prepare & Pack orders as per packing lists. Pack items securely according to product requirements and delivery standards.
• Check packaging quality and quantity before shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Load & unload goods into the company vehicle.
• Deliver goods to customers or designated locations in a timely and safe manner.
• Verify delivery documents & obtain signatures as proof of delivery.
• Inspect the vehicle daily & ensure it is kept clean and well-maintained.
• Report any vehicle issues or delays in delivery.

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class 4 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Valid Forklift license.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, packing, or driving is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

3. WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Working in warehouse and delivery environments.
• May require early mornings, late evenings, or weekend work depending on schedules.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions during deliveries.
