Job summary

ECO EXCHANGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Kranji Industrial Estate to handle loading/unloading, sorting, and stock control in a 3PL environment.

The role involves data entry, QC checks, and ensuring accurate packing and labeling, with forklift operation and bilingual communication in English and Mandarin. Work week is 5.5 days in a non-air-conditioned warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in a 3PL environment.
• Able to handle heavy loads (up to 30kg per item).
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
• Able to operate material handling equipment (i.e. Forklift and pallet jet).
• Possesses forklift license.
• Able to communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading of goods and materials.
• Sorting of goods and materials.
• Receive incoming goods and materials.
• Ensure documents for incoming and outgoing goods and materials are in order.
• Ensure goods are picked accurately in accordance to pick list.
• Ensure outgoing goods are packed properly.
• Assist in labelling of goods.
• Ensure stock accuracy.
• Handle returns and labelling of goods and materials.
• Loading and unloading of goods and materials on/from container.
• Ensure put-away of goods into the correct location.
• Assist in data entry and reports preparation.
• Perform QC check on incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure material handling equipment is maintained in good working order.
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse.
• Assist in delivery/collection/production duties when required.
