A logistics and trading company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and supporting sales teams. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics and strong organizational skills. This role involves managing daily operations and collaborating with procurement to maintain inventory levels.
Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee inventory management, daily inbound and outbound tasks, and monthly stocktaking.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, sort stocks, load/unload goods, and manage logistics for local and international customers.
Inventory and Clerical Duties: Use inventory software, enter data into the Netsuite system, and maintain accurate stock counts.
Sales and Customer Service Support: Assist BD/sales teams, fulfill online orders, manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, and handle customer inquiries and warranties.
Collaboration and Maintenance: Work with procurement to maintain inventory levels, ensure proper housekeeping, and perform additional operational tasks as needed.
