Job summary

RMS MARINE & OFFSHORE SERVICE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and stock transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A valid forklift licence and 2–3 years of warehouse experience are required. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting stock counts, resolving discrepancies, and preparing shipping/documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably supervisory.
Possess a valid Singapore Forklift Licence.
Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks and other warehouse equipment.
Familiar with warehouse inventory management and stock control processes.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office); ERP/WMS experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and stock transfers.
Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and within timelines.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods and operational issues.
Prepare and verify shipping, receiving and inventory documentation.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Operations to fulfil customer orders promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and report slow-moving or low-stock items.
